I'm so glad you're here!
a yoga therapist, therapeutic art practitioner, movement guide, and lifelong student
I’m deeply committed to helping others feel more at ease in their bodies and more connected to themselves and the world around them. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing a client move with less pain and more confidence through Yoga Therapy—or seeing someone rediscover their inner strength through breath, creativity, rest, and stillness.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for more than 20 of those. For the past 7 years, I’ve worked as a certified Yoga Therapist and Nutrition and Health Coach. Most recently, I’ve added Therapeutic Art to my offerings, completing training as a Therapeutic Art Practitioner—a natural extension of my belief that healing is creative, personal, and ever-evolving.
Through my own lived experiences and decades of study, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t follow one path. We need different tools at different times—whether it’s movement, breath, art, sound, stillness, or simply time in nature. I love weaving these elements together in ways that support each person as they are.
Whether we’re working one-to-one or in a group, my approach is always grounded in compassion, curiosity, and care. My intention is to help you feel more empowered, more present, and more at home in your body and your life.
