Not at all. This course is designed for complete beginners as well as those looking to reconnect with rest-based practices. No prior experience is needed.
Yoga Nidra is a guided form of meditation where you’re invited to rest comfortably—often lying down—and follow simple instructions to bring awareness through the body, breath, and mind. It’s deeply restorative and accessible to most people.
The course includes five short guided audio sessions, three supporting PDFs, and a bonus Yoga Nidra for sleep—a soothing practice to help you unwind at the end of the day. You’ll also receive a full 20-minute Yoga Nidra meditation that brings all the elements together.
You can move through the practices at your own pace and revisit them as often as you like.
No special equipment is required. You just need a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. A mat, cushion, or blanket can help, but you can also practise in bed, on a sofa, or even in a parked car.
Can I do this if I have trouble relaxing or staying still?
Yes. This course offers short, manageable practices to help you ease into rest without pressure. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, and there’s no “perfect” way to do it.
All sessions are pre-recorded and available online, so you can access them whenever it suits you. The audio practices are downloadable, and you’ll have ongoing access to revisit the content whenever you need.
You’re welcome to reach out any time. There’s also the option to book a free discovery call or a one-to-one session if you’d like more support.
