Experience unparalleled rest and rejuvenation
In a world that’s often busy and overstimulating, rest can feel like a luxury—but it’s actually essential. Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, guided meditation that invites your body to relax while your mind remains gently aware. It's a practice of doing less, so you can feel more connected, grounded, and at ease.
Yoga Nidra, sometimes called “yogic sleep,” is a form of guided meditation that leads you through different stages of awareness. You’ll be invited to settle into a comfortable position—lying down, seated, or even supported upright—and gently guided through a series of steps including breath awareness, body sensing, visualization, and setting an intention.
Though my training was originally rooted in iRest® Yoga Nidra, I now draw from a variety of approaches to create a practice that is soft, welcoming, and accessible for all.
Yoga Nidra is more than relaxation—it’s a chance to reconnect with yourself and to rest in a way that supports your whole system: body, mind, and emotions.
Many people find it especially helpful for:
Improving sleep and restfulness
Reducing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
Cultivating mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner steadiness
Supporting chronic pain, burnout, or health challenges
Feeling more connected to your body and breath
Creating a safe inner space to reflect and reset
Even just one session can bring a sense of calm and clarity, and over time, the tools you learn can become part of your everyday life.
Yoga Nidra is for every body and every stage of life. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to pause. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, this is a space where you can truly rest, reflect, and restore.
You’re welcome to join a group session or book a private one-to-one session tailored to your needs.

Not at all. Yoga Nidra is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an established practice. All you need is a willingness to pause and rest. I’ll guide you through everything step by step.
Wear something comfortable you can relax in. If you’re joining in person, you’re welcome to bring a mat, small towel, cushion, or anything else that helps you feel supported. I provide bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows to help you get really comfortable. For online sessions, you might like to set up somewhere quiet with a blanket and pillow.
It’s completely okay—and actually quite common. Yoga Nidra works even if you drift off. Over time, you may find you stay more gently aware, but there’s nothing you can do “wrong.” Every session meets you where you are.
Yes. You can lie down, sit up, or even be supported in a reclined position. The most important thing is that you feel safe and comfortable.
Most sessions last around 45–60 minutes, including time to settle in and gently return. Shorter or longer options are available for private sessions depending on your needs.
Yes. Yoga Nidra is available in group sessions or as a private one-to-one offering. A private session can be tailored specifically for your needs—whether you're working with sleep challenges, stress, pain, or simply want time to rest and reconnect.
Even one session can bring a sense of calm. Some people attend weekly, others drop in when they feel the need to reset. There’s no right or wrong—it’s about what supports you best.
